Michael Bell is the managing partner of Community RV Resorts. Michael has over 30 years experience in residential real estate, development, and finance. He owned and operated his own CPA firm for 20 years and specialized in real estate and investor clients. Michael has written a book and many articles describing creative techniques to utilize Sec. 1031 exchanges. He has successfully built, operated and sold numerous RV resorts, including the latest sale for $19 million.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

Jim Nance is a general partner of Community RV Resorts. He has been an innovative and dynamic leader in commercial real estate for 42 years. Jim has served as a principal with the overall planning, development, financing, construction, leasing, property management and disposition of over $300 M in assets. His portfolio includes luxury apartments, shopping center, medical parks, business parks, residential enclaves, and Dollar General stores.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin.

Dennis Sanders is Vice President of Development and serves as Community RV Resorts' in house general contractor. He brings over 30 years experience as a licensed general contractor in multi states. He has also studied architecture and owned a general contracting company. He has constructed RV parks, restaurants, university facilities, apartments, hospitals, health care facilities and schools. Dennis has redesigned RV Resorts with state of the art reengineering and saved millions of dollars in costs.

Dennis spent 25 years as a member of the United States Army Special Forces serving in 14 different countries.

Michelle Sanders is Vice President of Development for Community RV Resorts and handles financial and investor responsibilities along with marketing. She has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Michelle has specialized in the real estate and partnership area, including writing articles as to the flexibility and specific tax advantages of the use of partnerships. She previously was CFO of an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company. Michelle also owned her own CPA firm.

Michelle is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA and a Masters in Taxation and is a CPA.
